CARRIAGE

Free on orders over £250 + one consignment per adress (UK). Otherwise each carton will be charged at £3.00 with a minimum charge of £16.00

SETTLEMENT TERMS

Strictly Net 30 days

PACKAGING

Free for UK consignments, Export packaging extra

CLAIMS

Non-delivery must be notified in writing within 14 days. Damage/pilferage must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods

SAMPLES

Unless stated all samples are charged and are non-returnable

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Goods made to customer's specifications (including samples) are charged at non-returnable rates under any circumstances

DESPATCH

All goods will be dispatched via our carriers. Any extra cost incurred by requesting a different mode of transport will be charged

RETURN OF GOODS

Where an agreement on return of stock has been reached, there will be a restocking charge of 20% of invoice value. No carriage charges will be credited or will soiled or damaged goods

TAX

All goods are subject to VAT at the current rate

REMALPA CLAUSE

The goods shall remain the property of the seller until the price has been discharged in full. A cheque given by the purchaser in payment shall not be treated as a discharge until the same has been cleared
