Issue Control

Through our advanced database driven system, every individual's PPE needs are embedded in his or her employee number or clock card.  This programmed clock or staff card is then used for issue of the pre-assessed and agreed range and level of equipment.  It cannot be altered or circumvented by anyone other than those with agreed authority, thus greatly reducing issue errors - in grade or frequency - and opportunities for pilferage. 

Issue of equipment can be via numerous sources, e.g. supplier stores, non-departmental stores (possibly maintenance), supplier mobile shops, own departmental stores or vending machines.  Once issued, the information is automatically recorded in the employee's PPE capsule and can be accessed and reported at any time.
